Retail Strategy Manager

Your role and main tasks
- Preparation of weekly Performance Meetings with Retail and Platform Management, checking the most relevant KPI’s like gross margin, contribution margin and define actions.
- Stock control for all categories in compliance with stock limits as well as active control of inbound monitoring.
- Approval of pre-purchases and setting the recovery rate.
- AdHoc pre-purchases to be planned with purchasing, considering the maximum storage limits for the respective category. BUP Planning, improvement of Quality for all categories.
- Kill lists for c-campaigns and brands where we don’t have a positive contribution margin and inventory lists to purchasing for promotions.
- Close exchange with the Purchasing, shop Category Management and the Shops. Team in order to market problematic stocks quickly and specifically through advertising.
- Tableau reporting for our KPI's like LUG, DIO.
- Use of interface to Platform Management especially for Quarterly and long-term planning of big meta topics.
- Processing and optimization of the stock devaluation list weekly.
- Close interaction with logistics regarding FC for inbound/outbound of goods on calendar week level.
You will need
- Very good analytic skills and very good excel and MS office knowledge in common,
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge about profit and loss statement, impact of certain KPI’s on the contribution margin, main focus on increases the contribution margin for limango overall.
- Experience with evaluate quality and performance of existing brands based on KPI's and eliminate for next fiscal year if necessary.
- Knowledge about identify supply gaps using the DIO report for brands, subcategories.
- Experience in managing the demand margin and contribution margin.
- Good understanding of the flow of goods as well as affinity for numbers and evaluations.
